JANUARY 2024- NOTIFICATION OF SITE ACTIVITIES

Agnico Eagle Mines is pleased to provide an update on current activities at and surrounding the Upper Beaver Project site.

As a follow-up to our notification of site activities distributed in October 2023, Agnico Eagle would like to provide an update related to the work along Beaverhouse Road. Work is currently ongoing to create vehicle pullovers at various locations along Beaverhouse Road.  Vegetation clearing and tree cutting along Beaverhouse Road is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks and merchantable trees will be hauled off site.

Agnico Eagle is committed to ensuring the safety of all users. Various safety measures will be in place and will include proper signage, traffic control, and possible escorts at specific areas if required. Any road restrictions will be temporary to minimize any inconvenience.

By way of this notice, we want to ensure that all users of Beaverhouse Road are aware of the work and presence of related heavy equipment and kindly remind users about the importance of respecting the posted speed limit (30km/h).
