September 2021- Virtual Information Sessions provided by the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada
The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada invites the public and Indigenous Nations to attend a virtual information session via Zoom to learn more about the Upper Beaver Gold Project and the impact assessment process. The Agency will also provide participants with details on how to submit comments on the summary of the initial project description.
September 2021- Impact Assessment Planning Phase – Public participation
On September 2, 2021, Agnico Eagle Mines, submitted an Initial Project Description (IPD) for its Upper Beaver Gold Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada. The IPD has been accepted by the Agency and was posted on the Agency’s registry, along with a public Notice, on September 13, 2021, initiating the 180-day time limit
