May 2025 – Upper Beaver Virtual Workshop Invitation

Dear Community Members,

The Agnico Eagle Upper Beaver Project invites you to participate in a Virtual Workshop on May 21, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (ET) via Zoom.

The purpose of the workshop is to present information about the project’s potential impacts and proposed mitigation measures and gather community feedback.

Your feedback will help shape the project’s final design and the Impact Statement that will be submitted to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC).

This workshop will focus on the following topics:

• Landscape
• 115 kV Transmission Line
• Terrestrial Environment
• Closure concept

This is the second workshop in a series. A third workshop, on WATER, will be held in June. Stay tuned for the date!

As of July 31, 2024, the Upper Beaver Project entered the advanced exploration phase, as well as received direction to proceed with the impact assessment for the potential production phase considering the mill option on site.
